E.A - My emotions and behaviour

When I was in the High School, me and a group of friends were encharged to prepare and pratice a artistic permomance. This performance had chor, theather, folk dances and orchestra. We needed to choose the play, songs and pratice a lot. We needed to be ready with this performance to travel to rural comunities and present. We pratice durig half year every day (weekends and holidays too). It was our debut. The first presentation was before the travel, it was to the school where we studied and city. These people knew our group and work, because every year we have one presentation like this. There, the work is harder. We needed be good, prepared and touch the people. Everybody was really nervous.

I was feeling really nervous. I was taking part in a project that I always liked. I wanted to give my best. My best friends were watching us – and I wanted to show them how good we were. All the people there were watching and analyzing. That night I felt strong emotions. But all of them good.

Because we had pratice a lot, I was feeling confident. Everyone there was my friend. We knew how to work together – and it helped a lot in our permomance. If I fell confidence, I can work better and show my best.

We always sad be nervous in some situation is good. It show that you have some feeling for the thing. I was completely nervous in the beginning, but I did not permomance in the beginning. When was my time to permomance, I was relax, because I saw the good work that we (our group) were doing. I could remember the how much we were prepared. So, when was my time to present something – I was nervous but only enough for the presentation be good and not too much mess it.

Another important feelings that I felt: happiness and love. I was doing one thing that I always loved, and when somebody does something that love, he does it as well as possible. It was my case. And, because of all these emotions I was happy.

If I have a situation today I think that, even if I wanted, I could not change the feelings – at least not to them be better. What maybe went not so well was when we changed the kind of presentation (chor to theather, for ex.) and also the first and second presentation – only because we were really nervous. In the end of our tour, we were really good, but, it could not be different - we presented 10 days the same thing every day. I would like that the first presentation was so good as the last one – but it is impossible.

I couldn't change my emotions or behaviour – it was a situation that I will always remember because of the strong feelings that I felt that day.
